Terms and Conditions

Program Name: Noble School Parent Notifications

Purpose:
This program is intended to provide parents and guardians with SMS notifications related to their child’s education at Noble School. Messages may include:

  • Attendance alerts

  • Academic updates

  • Assignment reminders

  • Event notifications

  • Emergency alerts

Message Frequency:
Messages will be sent as necessary, generally ranging from 1–5 messages per week depending on school activities and notifications.

Consent / Opt-In:
Parents or guardians consent to receive SMS messages when they register their child in the Student Information System (Sycamore). During registration, they explicitly select the option to receive SMS communications from Noble School.

By opting in, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Messages will be related to school activities and updates.

  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on their mobile plan.

Opt-Out / STOP Instructions:
Users may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent except for confirmation of the opt-out.

HELP / Support Instructions:
Users may reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact the Noble School office directly at:

Privacy:
All personal information, including phone numbers, is stored securely by Noble School and will only be used for school-related SMS notifications. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Message Disclaimer:
Noble School makes reasonable efforts to ensure that SMS messages are timely and accurate. However, delivery is subject to mobile carrier networks, and the school is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdirected messages.

Agreement:
By opting in to receive SMS notifications, users agree to these Terms and Conditions. Noble School reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via the Sycamore portal and/or SMS notifications.
